The Studios on Twelfth Street offer fine art and craft classes and workshops throughout the year. The Studios offer a variety of classes taught by professional artists. The program continues to expand with new instructors and workshops and classes scheduled weekly. Look for new information in our local Ruidoso Newspaper on Fridays in the Vamonos weekly Arts section.

July 19, – “Tricks of the Trade”
Well known graphic artist, Alisa Kenyon, shows you some shortcuts and valuable tips on hand lettering and transferring. Time: 10am to 2pm

July 22-23 – “Sculpting with Pia”
Pia Imas teaches a 4 day workshop on the human face using Della Robbia clay. Time: 10am to 4pm each day Cost: $150 (includes materials) tools list provided		 Pia Sculpture
August 30 & 31, - "Direct Polymer-Gravure"
Learn a safe, non-toxic way to transfer drawings to a Printable plate from Aaron C Bass. Time: 2 day workshop 10am to 4pm both days Cost: $185 (includes materials) Contact Gallery 408 for location		  
September 12 & 13 “Watercolor Painting with Wax Resist”
Watercolorist Christie Ray shows you a new Technique to create depth and interest in your work. Time: 2 day workshop 9am to 4pm each day Cost: $75 (some supplies provided)
